Through the Shattered Glass #7 / #MentalHealthMonday

About the series :

In case the title didn’t give it all, Through the Shattered Glass is going to be my Grey Journal. I am going to document my lowest, darkest moments in life. It is also a Journal, but it will only display my darkest days, perhaps even a bit about the aftermath.

A couple of months ago, I started writing a MH blog post because I was in a very bad place, and I was trying to find a way to escape my state of mind. I decided not to post it, and I am still not going to share it with you now. I will wait until the cycle is complete before I share that specific journey, but while I was rereading what I wrote, I saw a very short poem that is a lie our minds always make. I just wanted to remind you, or voice out the truth we sometimes need someone else to say out loud.  Don’t believe the fib tale created to drown you in dismay.

AM I person?

Or are my insides all fake.

Cause my demons are trying †ø teach me a lesson,

and I can’t take all of this heartache.

Till next time,
